Olympus Superzoom 160G 35mm camera w/ case (serial 5023593)

The tiny and feature-packed SuperZoom 160G is one of the later Olympus film camera offerings. Here's what the company said about it when it was new:

"The Superzoom 160 comes equipped with a 4.2x 38 mm - 160 mm zoom lens, but achieves the world's smallest body in the 160mm lens class thanks to the use of an aspherical lens element to reduce lens group's size and weight. In addition to the high-performance lenses and compact body, the Superzoom 160 also features a sophisticated, urbane design with a silky gold front body color and pearl-tone accents to emphasize the camera's compact size and distinctive body lines.

The lens group achieves high image resolution with the use of an Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) lens and aspherical lenses. The Passive Multi Autofocus System automatically sets the focus on the subject even in compositions where the subject may not be in the center of the frame.

The Superzoom 160 has a versatile array of six flash modes, including Auto Flash and Red-eye Reducing Night Scene Flash. In spite of this rich assortment of features and the compact body, the Superzoom 160 is available at an attractive price, offering consumers a zoom compact camera with outstanding cost performance."

This camera requires a CR2 lithium battery (available as an option). An Olympus case is included.

Condition notes
The camera was tested with a battery and film roll installed (the film was not developed) and all functions are working perfectly. We verified both its autofocus and autoexposure accuracy. It's in excellent cosmetic condition (see photos).
