Kodak Easyshare Z8612 IS digicam w/ 8.1 MP CCD sensor + 8GB SD card (New Old Stock)

Note: The camera's rear screen appears a bit dull in the product photos because the camera is new-old-stock and the original protective plastic is still in place. 

This Kodak EasyShare Z8612 IS is a rare find for us: a completely unused vintage digicam still in its original packaging.

In our testing we were impressed with the 12x zoom range of its Schneider-Kreuznach Varigon 35-432mm lens and its flexible, intuitive controls (including even a manual mode). We also like the vivid colour rendering (Kodak CCD sensors have a very distinct look).

Condition notes

This camera is in new-old-stock condition. It was opened to test and verify its performance but is is in essentially mint condition; the camera's tag and screen protector film are still attached. There is some wear on the camera's box from storage. As mentioned above, the included CRV3 battery may be partially depleted due to age (our battery tester doesn't support this type). Normal AA batteries may be used with this camera.
