Chinon CG-5 35mm film SLR camera w/ Tokina 28mm lens (serial 324283)
Chinon CG-5 35mm film SLR camera w/ Tokina 28mm lens (serial 324283)
The Chinon CG-5 is a quality 35mm SLR from the early 1980s which is compatible with popular K-mount lenses (most commonly used on Pentax cameras such as the K-1000). The CG-5 was Chinon's mid-range model in 1982, competing in the market with the similarly configured Pentax ME Super.
The included lens is a nice RMC Tokina 28mm f2.8 compact wide angle.
Battery info
The camera requires two LR44 or SR44/357 batteries (available as an option).
Condition notes
The camera was tested with a battery and film installed (the film was not developed however) and all functions are working correctly. We verified the camera's shutter speeds and auto-exposure are working with very good accuracy. The camera is good cosmetic condition. The included lens is in good condition except for a small dent on its filter ring (which didn't prevent us from attaching filters while testing).
