Canon EOS 700 35mm SLR w/EF 35-80mm Power Zoom lens + 'ever-ready' case (serial 1747616)
The circa-1990 Canon EOS 700 from 1990 is a user-friendly autofocus 35mm SLR camera. This camera support the use of all full-frame EF lenses (still used today on Canon's digital SLRs).
The camera features a built-in pop-up flash (which you can cancel) allowing it to approach point-and-shoot simplicity in some of its modes.
One interesting feature of the EOS 700 is that its mode dial can be reversed. One side offers shutter speeds from 1/4 second to 1/2000 (plus bulb) for its shutter-priority auto exposure as well as a program mode. The other side offers a plethora of preset shooting modes.
The included lens is a flexible Canon EF 35-80mm Power Zoom.
Battery info
This camera requires a 2CR5 lithium battery (available as an option).
Condition notes
Both the camera and included lens are in very good condition (see photos). We verified its functionality including its shutter speed and exposure accuracy. The camera's case is in good condition but shows some wear from use (see photo).
