Kodak Star Zoom 70 QD 35mm film camera
Kodak Star Zoom 70 QD 35mm film camera
The Kodak Star Zoom 70 QD is a great little 35mm film point-and-shoot that was made in the late 1990s. It features a 35-70mm zoom lens.
We have no definite confirmation but we feel it was almost certainly built by the Japanese camera company Chinon (as were many of Kodak's better cameras of the 80's and 90's). It seems to be very closely related to the Chinon Zoom 1000.
The Star Zoom 70 requires a CR123 battery (available as an option).
Condition notes
The camera was tested with batteries and film installed and all functions are working correctly (the film was not developed however). The camera is in excellent cosmetic condition (see photos). We did not test the optional quartz date imprinting function (it requires a lithium coin cell).
