Kodak Pony IV 35mm camera w/ case (serial 142079)
The Kodak Pony IV is a classic mechanical 35mm camera sold between 1957 and 1961. It features a nice Kodak Anaston 44mm f3.5 lens.
The Pony IV focuses by scale and is a meterless design. You can either use the 'Sunny 16 Rule' or an external lightmeter (or a smartphone app) to get the correct exposure. This camera shows both proprietary Kodak Shutter and Lens Opening numbers (see the manual below) as well as conventional shutter speed and f-numbers on the bottom side
Here are some photos that other people have taken with the Pony IV: https://www.lomography.com/cameras/3338151-kodak-pony-iv/photos
This camera is in very good working condition. All shutter speeds are working (they test about 1 stop slow) and we verified the focus scale is accurate on the film plane. The cosmetic condition is overall very good for its age. The camera's film door is quite stiff and its latch requires a firm push to open (we're not sure if this is normal as this is the first Pony IV we've encountered). The included 'ever-ready' case is very good condition but has its original owner's name written in white ink on the inside.
