Canon FTb 35mm film SLR
Canon FTb 35mm film SLR
This is a very well preserved example of the venerable mechanical Canon FTb FD-mount SLR. The FTb is one of the great mechanical 35mm SLRs of the early 70s, sitting just below the professional F-1 in Canon's lineup.
The camera was tested with film and performed great. All shutter speeds are very accurate (tested with a shutter analyzer), showing very good curtain speed symmetry. The light meter is working well. New light seals were installed.
The included Canon FD 50mm f1.8 lens is in great condition as well.
Condition notes
Both the camera and the lens were tested with film and performed perfectly. Aesthetically speaking, the camera has some very minor wear on the body (see photos) most notable an engraved serial number on the bottom.
Options
If you opt for camera only, one battery will be included (and installed); if you choose '+ battery' an extra zinc air battery will be added; if you choose '+ battery & film' you'll also get a 24-exposure roll of Fujicolor 200.
